Read this before relying on anything published here. It is short, it is honest, and it draws the line between verified reference information and the advice we deliberately never give.
Everything on canadabenefitdates.com is general reference information about Canadian government benefit schedules, amounts and deposit labels. Nothing here is financial advice, legal advice, tax advice or benefits counselling, and nothing here should delay you from consulting the administering agency or a qualified professional about your own situation.
Canada Benefit Dates is an independent publication. We hold no affiliation, endorsement or connection with the Government of Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency, Service Canada, Retraite Québec or any provincial ministry. Official information lives at canada.ca and the provincial equivalents, and we link the relevant official source from every schedule page.
Published dates and maximums describe programs, never your personal entitlement. Eligibility, amounts and timing for your benefits are determined solely by the government agency administering them. A date on this site is not a guarantee that money arrives in your account on that date.
Every date is verified against official calendars before publication, re-checked quarterly, and corrected within 24 hours when a government changes a schedule, with the process documented on our methodology page and its public change log. Governments still change programs without notice, and between our checks a page can lag reality. When this site and canada.ca disagree, canada.ca is right.
Links to government and third-party sites are provided for convenience and verification. Their content is their responsibility, and a link is never an endorsement.
Display advertising, where present, is clearly separated from content and never influences the facts we publish. We currently carry no affiliate links; the day that changes, a dedicated affiliate disclosure will appear here and on every affected page.
