Terms of Service

Plain rules for using a reference site: the information is free, verified with care, and provided without warranties. Using canadabenefitdates.com means you accept the terms below.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing canadabenefitdates.com you agree to these Terms of Service. Disagree with them and the remedy is simple: stop using the site.

2. What the site provides

Canada Benefit Dates publishes reference information about Canadian government benefit payment schedules, amounts and bank deposit labels, verified against official sources and re-checked quarterly. The site is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Canada, the CRA, Service Canada or any provincial government.

3. Not advice, not a promise of payment

Content on this site is general information, never financial, legal or benefits advice, and never a statement of your personal entitlement. Payment dates and amounts come from government calendars that governments change; your entitlements come from the administering agency alone. Read the full Disclaimer before relying on anything here.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach or overload our infrastructure, no scraping at volumes that degrade the service, no framing the site to misrepresent its source, and no unlawful use of any kind.

5. Intellectual property

The text, tables, design and original images on this site belong to Canada Benefit Dates. You are welcome to quote portions with attribution and a link. Republishing entire pages without permission is not permitted. Government facts themselves (dates, amounts) belong to no one; our verified presentation of them does.

6. Advertising

The site carries, or will carry, display advertising clearly distinguishable from content. Advertisers never influence the schedules, facts or corrections we publish.

7. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We work hard at accuracy, document our verification process publicly, and still make no guarantee.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canada Benefit Dates is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including decisions made in reliance on its content. The site is free; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is zero.

9. Third-party links

Links to canada.ca, provincial sites and other resources are provided for convenience. Their content and policies are their own responsibility.

10. Changes to these terms

We update these terms when needed and revise the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any provision found invalid leaves the remainder in force.

12. Contact
